You must have a complete address and phone number for the recipient so that we are able to successfully deliver the flowers to them.

We make every attempt to deliver the flowers on time and if the recipient is unavailable we try to schedule a redelivery. If that is not possible, we will call you regarding options for your special circumstance.

To ensure the perfect arrangement for your occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Planning ahead allows us to meticulously prepare your arrangement and schedule a timely delivery. However, for last-minute surprises, our Same-Day Delivery option ensures your heartfelt gift arrives right on time.

We are at the Flower Market everyday to get the freshest blooms and most beautiful flowers to have in stock at the studio. If for some reason, a certain flower is unavailable, we do reserve the right to substitute with a similar looking bloom of the same value as what you are looking for. We strive to make your bouquet as beautiful as possible - sometimes based on seasons, weather conditions, we are not always guaranteed to get what we are hoping for.

Absolutely, please let us know that you would like this at the time you place the order so that we may take the picture before it is out for delivery.

Typically we will only call the recipient before the delivery if specifically requested by the sender. We advise letting the recipient be surprised with the delivery of their flowers.
